The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information related to an assault. On August 20th, Jason Mullen, a Cheyenne transient, was found unresponsive at Curt Gowdy State Park. It is believed Mullen was assaulted at an unknown location the night prior and then left at Curt Gowdy.
